Axols WebAI.js Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Axols WebAI.js services, including the open source library, platform, website, and any other services provided by HubtersAI, LLC ("we", "our", "us", or "HubtersAI"). Axols WebAI.js provides an open source library that enables developers to integrate Web AI models into their websites, allowing AI models to run directly in client browsers.

Our services include:

• The Axols WebAI.js platform providing model documentation, model playground, and usage information.
• Access to the open source Axols WebAI.js library for integration of AI models into web applications.
• Access to a variety of Web AI models for client-side execution.
• Web AI worker scripts that run the AI models in the browser.
• And other related features or improvements that may be introduced over time.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes when reasonably possible.

2. Open Source License

Axols WebAI.js is an open source library licensed under the Apache License 2.0. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the library in accordance with the terms of the Apache License 2.0.

The Apache License 2.0 permits you to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall HubtersAI, LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• The performance or output of Web AI models

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the services is at your sole risk. The services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

HubtersAI, LLC does not warrant that:

• The services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The services are free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the services will meet your requirements

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HubtersAI, LLC and its licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the services
• Your violation of the rights of a third party
• Your content or applications that integrate our services

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
